The Bali Pass

A grand venue does not mean a grand bill

One price covers the weekend, every meal included, paid a little at a time. For the Bali Nyonga family across Europe and beyond.

  • Every meal included
  • Pay in monthly instalments
  • Under-5s go free

The money a member spends on the 2027 convention should be in line with any recent BCA Europe convention, allowing only for inflation.

Our affordability promiseThat is a design rule for every decision we make, not a hope. If a choice breaks it, the choice changes.

How instalments work

Pay a little at a time

No wallet all weekend, and no big bill in one go.

  1. Choose your pass

Register once in the app and choose a pass for everyone in your party.

  2. Pay a deposit

Secure your passes with a first payment on the day you register.

  3. Pay monthly until 30 June 2027

Spread the rest in equal monthly payments. You can always see what you've paid in the app.

Pay from your own country

Payments are collected by country into each chapter's local account, so you can pay in your own currency, the way you are used to.

Questions about passes

Good to know

All frequently asked questions
Can I get a refund?

The full refund terms will be published in our terms of sale before passes go on sale. Instalments you have already paid are recorded in the app, so you can always see where you stand.

Can I transfer my pass to someone else?

We plan to let you pass your Bali Pass to another member if you can no longer come. The details, including any cut-off date, will be in the terms of sale.

Do children under 5 need a pass?

No. Children under 5 go free and need no pass. Please still add them when you register so we can plan meals, seats and the children's programme.

Can I change my pass later?

We plan to let you upgrade, for example from Gala only to the Full Weekend, and pay the difference in your remaining instalments. The terms of sale will confirm how.

Can I pay from my own country?

Yes. Payments are collected by country into local chapter accounts, so members in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland and elsewhere pay in their own currency. Overseas Delegates are priced in US dollars.
