One payment. Everything included. No wallet all weekend. That is the idea behind the Bali Pass.

In the past, a convention weekend meant a ticket here, a meal there, a Gala seat and bar prices on top. In 2027, one price covers the weekend.

What one pass includes

The Full Weekend pass covers every event from Thursday to Sunday, every meal, your seat at the Gala dinner, and the children’s programme for your family.

Pass Price Who it is for
Full Weekend £275 Adults 26 and over
Young Bali £150 Ages 18 to 25: the full weekend at nearly half price
Child £75 Ages 5 to 15: children’s club, Lela Olympiad, all meals
Gala only £110 Saturday night dinner and dance
Overseas Delegate from $650 The Full Weekend plus Heathrow transfers and a Windsor and London tour
Fon’s Circle £500 Patrons: a VIP Gala table, a listing in the convention magazine, a welcome gift and priority room booking

These prices are illustrative and will be finalised against venue quotes.

  • Register once, choose your pass and your events.
  • Pay in instalments from the day sales open, in your own country’s account.
  • Your pass lives on your phone. It is scanned at the door, at meals and at the Gala.
  • The live programme, your room details and shuttle times are in one place.

Rooms are booked separately, through a negotiated room block on the estate. Our target is around £95 to £120 a night, bed and breakfast.

What it really costs

Every pass is published with a worked example of total spend, including a room and every meal:

  • A family of four (two adults, two children), full weekend: about £290 a person.
  • A single adult sharing a room: about £440.
  • Young Bali, sharing a room: about £315.
  • Gala only, with one night in a nearby budget hotel: about £200.

Compare that with today: £500 to £700 typical personal spend, with meals and drinks on top. These figures are illustrative until venue quotes and the room block are final. Travel is not included.

We will announce the day passes go on sale. Register your interest and we will tell you first.
