From Thursday 29 July to Sunday 1 August 2027, the Bali Nyonga family in Europe gathers at De Vere Wokefield Estate, near Reading. Here is a first look around.
A whole estate for the weekend
Wokefield sits in 250 acres of Berkshire parkland, with 376 bedrooms on site and a mansion house at its heart. It is about 40 minutes from Heathrow by car.
Every part of the weekend happens here: the Meet and Greet on Thursday night, the Official Opening on Friday, the General Assembly and the dance competition on Saturday, the Gala that evening, and the barbecue on the lawns on Sunday.
A short walk to everything
Because everything is on one estate, you can stroll from your room to breakfast, from the General Assembly to lunch, and from the dance floor back to bed. Children can enjoy their programme close by, and elders can rest between events without a long journey.
Where to stay
- On the estate: 376 rooms, with a room block reserved for the convention.
- Close by: hotels 10 to 15 minutes away, if you prefer.
Room prices and how to book will be shared when bookings open.
Getting here
Shuttles run from Reading station and Heathrow at the busiest times. Full travel details are on the venue and getting-here pages.
One pass for the weekend
Your Bali Pass covers every event and every meal, and lives on your phone. You can pay in instalments, in your own country.
We cannot wait to welcome you to Wokefield.
